• Enjoy Refund Protection on all eligible items you buy on your Card in the UK. Items are covered for up to 90 days and we’ll replace or refund up to a maximum of £200 on the British Airways American Express Credit Card and £300 on the Premium Plus Card, even if the retailer won’t.⁵
• Your Purchase Protection means that if you bought an eligible item with your Card and it’s stolen or damaged within 90 days of purchase, we’ll replace or repair it, or refund you up to £2,500 per eligible item.⁵
• If you don’t recognise a purchase, we’ll remove it from your Account immediately, and investigate it as part of our online fraud guarantee.
