The hotel’s main restaurant Pangea provides a buffet-style food bazaar for breakfast and dinner, offering a tasty array of spectacular delicacies from all over the world, as well as vegetarian and vegan options, and special theme nights. This isn’t your typical international buffet fare – expect a la carte cuisine served buffet style. There’s also an adult-only and family friendly zone, where kids eat reassuringly well with healthy and interesting mains – try the perfectly cooked risotto. Families also have a 18:00 dinner sitting with their own, lower-set buffet.

The Cove’s RHO restaurant fuses together delicate flavours with a dedicated focus on provenance. Head chef Konstantinos Mandylas curates wonderfully innovative dishes balancing fresh fish, meat and accompaniments. Minimalism and elegance meet at this adult–only eatery, immersing you in a true feast for the senses.

If you’re looking to dine a la carte, Taverna serves traditional Greek cuisine and freshly caught fish, and Ocean Restaurant features an exciting menu of seasonal flavours curated by the multi-award winning Ducasse Conseil team. Health-conscious guests can tuck into carefully created dishes available at all the a la carte restaurants, formulated by nutritionist and holistic consultant Sarah Safarian. Expect delicious seasonal fare which supports the immune system, eases digestion and improves balance in the body.

The Ocean Bar and the Crystal Box bar have partnered with award-winning cocktail creators, The Clumsies, to bring a menu of unique tipples – accompanied by light bites from the hotel’s Ducasse Conseil team.
