British Airways Plc

For flights operated by British Airways Plc the British Airways General Conditions of Carriage will apply.

If your flight originates from or transits in the territory of the People’s Republic of China (which excludes Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), Additional Conditions of Carriage shall apply in respect of that flight.

Codeshare partners

For flights operated by one of our codeshare partners the British Airways General Conditions of Carriage will apply.

Franchisees

For flights operated by one of our franchisees, the franchisee's General Conditions of Carriage will apply.
