Changing your booking

You can change the dates and destination of your booking without incurring a change fee, although you will need to pay any difference in price (applies to bookings made from 3 March until 30 September 2020 for journeys that are due to have been completed by 31 August 2021). Cancelling your booking

If you decide you no longer want to travel, you can cancel your booking and we’ll give you a voucher to the same value for a future booking (applies to bookings made from 3 March until 30 September 2020 for journeys that are due to have been completed by 31 August 2021). If your flight has been cancelled you can rebook or claim a voucher online:

Rebook onto another flight

Go to Manage My Booking to rebook onto another flight.

Apply for a voucher

If your flight has been cancelled you can claim a voucher to the value of your booking. Your voucher will be valid for travel until 30 April 2022 and can be used as payment, or part payment, for a future booking.

Your new trip booked with your voucher must be fully completed by 30 April 2022 (departure and return). You will receive your voucher by email within seven days of your application.

Claim Avios

Executive Club Members whose flights have been cancelled can now choose Avios instead of a voucher or refund. Taking Avios as an alternative to the cash element paid for your ticket means you’ll receive a 100% bonus compared to Avios purchased at the standard rate.

If you booked via a travel agent, please contact them directly to discuss cancelling your booking.

If you are due to travel between now and 30 September 2020 you can claim a voucher to the value of your booking, valid for travel until 30 April 2022.

Vouchers can be used as payment, or part payment, for a future booking. Your new trip booked with your voucher must be fully completed by 30 April 2022 (departure and return). You will receive your voucher by email within seven days of your application.

IMPORTANT: Please do not amend your booking in Manage My Booking yourself - we will do this on your behalf.

Want to change your booking?

If you would like to change your booking you can choose from one of the following options. If you booked via a travel agent, please contact them directly to discuss further arrangements for your booking.

If you want to change the dates of your booking

For bookings made from 3 March until 30 September 2020 on journeys that are due to have been completed by 31 August 2021, go to Manage My Booking to change your dates.

We’ve waived our change booking fee so you will not be charged, although you will need to pay any difference in fare.

If you want to change the destination and the dates of your booking

For bookings made prior to 3 March 2020 for journeys to be completed by 30 September 2020 or bookings made between 3 March 2020 and 30 September 2020 for travel completed by 31 August 2021, please complete the online voucher form to change both your destination and dates. We will cancel your booking on your behalf and email you a voucher to the value of your booking, valid until 30 April 2022.

If you choose to cancel your booking

  •  booked before 3 March 2020 and are due to travel between now and 30 September 2020
  •  booked between 3 March 2020 and 30 September 2020 for travel between now and 31 August 2021
